Emma is a Chartered Legal Executive who joined the Residential Conveyancing Department at Rich & Carr in July 2025. 

Having studied English Literature at University, she began her legal career in 2014 and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives in 2019. With over 6 years experience, Emma advises on all aspects of residential property transactions including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and remortgages. 

Emma is based in our Leicester office and is supervised by the Head of Residential Conveyancing, John Barr.
