Role Overview:

  • Position: Experienced Conveyancing Solicitor
  • Location: Lutterworth
  • Reporting to: Partners
  • Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
  • Benefits: 23 working days’ annual leave, employer’s pension scheme and generous bonus scheme

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of clients within the dedicated Residential Conveyancing department.
  • Provide expert legal advice and assistance to clients, ensuring compliance with professional standards and internal quality requirements.
  • Process cases efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Promptly handle billing and collections.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and collaborate with existing clients, agents, and introducers.
  • Achieve individual new business, financial, and completion targets.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within the firm’s services.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent experience.
  • Recent practical experience in the legal profession.
  • Proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning.
