Rich and Carr’s Commercial Property team is based at our Leicester city centre office.

Each of our specialist commercial property solicitors have extensive experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial property transactions. Our team has vast experience of acting on behalf of landlords, tenants, landowners, developers, individuals and businesses in a wide range of commercial property transactions.

Our clients come from a wide range of sectors, including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, charities, pension schemes, construction, agricultural, banking and finance.

Our Commercial Property Team can assist with:

The Commercial Property department is led by Mark Tildesley. Mark is the Senior Director of Rich and Carr, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each transaction he assists with. Mark prides himself on providing an efficient and friendly service to his clients.

Elliot Tildesley joined the team more recently, however has already established himself as a key member of the Commercial Property team. Since he qualified as a Solicitor in 2018, Elliot has acquired invaluable experience assisting his clients in all elements of Commercial Property, and serves as an invaluable resource to the department, and the firm.
