Eliot Tildesley, of solicitors Rich and Carr of Leicester, acted on our behalf to purchase a flat in Leicester and about 12 months later acted for us to sell our family house in Market Harborough.  He then arranged a refund from HM Revenue and Customs of Stamp Duty paid on the flat.

It was pleasing that communications with Eliot were carried out online by email, speeding up these activities and minimising our time visiting the offices of Rich and Carr.

Eliot (and all Rich and Carr employees we met) were fully professional throughout and we highly recommend Rich and Carr for similar work.

I thought that Rich & Carr were excellent when it came to dealing with the sale of my mothers house to pay for her care fees.
it took some time to do but it all came good in the end  .
