Based at our Leicester City Centre office, Rubina deals with all aspects of Residential and Commercial Property matters. Having joined Rich and Carr as a Paralegal, she has since completed her training and qualified with us as a Solicitor.

Rubina has experience in acting for both Landlords and Tenants on Commercial Leases, as well as sale and purchase transactions for Commercial Premises. She also regularly deals with Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases of Residential Property, Transfers of Equity, Re-mortgages, Lease Extensions, Land Transactions and acting for Private Lenders.
