Jas qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and joined Rich & Carr Solicitors  in 2025.

With over 15 years experience, Jas has focussed on dispute resolution and has considerable experience in dealing with a broad range of disputes. Jas often advises both small businesses and private clients in relation to county court claims worth up to £10,000 in the Small Claims Track, through to more complex claims over £25,000, in the Multi-Track.

Jas also specialises in matters such as contact disputes, neighbour disputes, landlord and tenant issues (such as recovering possession of residential and commercial properties), contentious probate matters, along with debt recovery and enforcement action. Jas has a particular interest in intervenor’s claims in  financial remedy proceedings and disputes between co-owners of property, helping them to realise their interests.

Jas combines her personable and pragmatic approach when advising clients, often seeking to settle matters through Alternative Dispute Resolution, without the need io instigate county court proceedings. She is supervised by David Roberts, the head of the Litigation Department.

In addition, Jas is experienced in providing Employment Law advice in relation to Settlement Agreements.
