Arti qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and joined Rich & Carr Solicitors in March 2025, having previously worked at a Legal 500 Law Firm in Nottingham.

Arti has over 10 years’ experience of handling a wide range of Residential Property transactions including Freehold, Leasehold and Unregistered sales and purchases, newbuild properties, remortgages and transfer of equities.

Arti has previously been a guest speaker at seminars organised by the Royal Institute for Chartered Surveyors, as well as having an article published in the Journal of Building Survey, Appraisal and Valuation in June 2016 on Restrictive Covenants.

Arti is supervised by John Barr, the Head of Residential Property.
