Job Title: Full Time Experienced Legal Conveyancing Secretary

Location: Rich & Carr Solicitors, 24 Rutland Street, LE1 1RD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to our legal team.
  • Manage and organize legal documents and correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments.
  • Maintain and update client files and databases.
  • Handle telephone calls and client inquiries professionally.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.
  • Audio typing
  • Experience using Computer Case Management Systems

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in a law firm.
  • Excellent knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Experience using Computer Case Management Systems
