Full Time Receptionist/Administrator @ Blaby Office

Job Purpose:

Making clients and visitors to the office feel welcomed and answering all of their questions. Answering phone calls, letters, and emails and/or directing these communications to the correct department/staff person. Administrative duties.

Receptionist/Administrator Job Duties:

  • Taking and directing calls.
  • Completing administrative tasks like filing and delivering and accepting mail
  • Greeting visitors to the office warmly and offering them help immediately
  • Answering questions about products or services offered at the business
  • Answering questions about office hours and who is in the office at any given time
  • Scheduling appointments and meeting times
  • Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Photocopying
  • Filing

Receptionist Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good client communication skills, and a friendly manner.
  • Good telephone manner
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Knowledge of the business would be an advantage.
  • Further training will be given if required.

Full Time Residential Property Secretary @ Blaby Office

We are looking for a Legal Secretary to join and assist our residential property department, based at our BLABY office.

The successful candidate will be a positive, organised, and experienced individual, capable of working thoroughly and efficiently.

Duties include:

  • Audio typing
  • Handling Telephone calls
  • Photocopying
  • Preparing Legal Documents
  • Forms and Precedents

The successful candidate would ideally have previous Property experience within a legal environment. Knowledge of digital dictation, and use of case management software is essential, with further experience utilising online search and Land Registry portals advantageous.

This is a busy role therefore individuals must be able to prioritise work, use their initiative, meet deadlines and have an excellent client manner.
