Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to our legal team.
- Manage and organize legal documents and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments.
- Maintain and update client files and databases.
- Handle telephone calls and client inquiries professionally.
- Perform general administrative duties as required.
- Audio typing
- Experience using Computer Case Management Systems
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in a law firm.
- Excellent knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
