Emma is a Chartered Legal Executive who joined the Residential Conveyancing Department at Rich & Carr in July 2025. Having studied English Literature at university, she began her legal career in 2014 and qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives in 2019.

With over 6 years’ experience, Emma advises on all aspects of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, and remortgages.

Emma has recently achieved a significant professional milestone by successfully passing her Conveyancing Practice Rights examinations. This qualification reflects her advanced knowledge and further strengthens her ability to provide a high standard of service and expert legal support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.

Emma is based in the firm’s Lutterworth office and is supervised by the Head of Residential Conveyancing, John Barr.
